About Fulltime Note

Fulltime Note reviews Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Champions League and Europa League matches through the numbers.

After the final whistle we collect match data from a third-party provider (API-Football) — shots, expected goals (xG), possession, player ratings — and an AI writes the review. Every fact in a review — score, stats, timings — comes from that data, and every number is automatically checked against it. Readings such as "the game turned after the break" are interpretation drawn from the numbers; we never add injuries, tactical instructions or quotes that are not in the data.

Data

Match data is provided by API-Football (api-sports.io). We do not use club or competition logos or player photos. Players are assessed with our own published metrics, FN Score and FN xPts, shown alongside the data provider's rating.

Unofficial

Fulltime Note is an independent, unofficial site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, competition, club or player. Names are used only to report on matches.

Coverage

Every match in the top five leagues, the Champions League and Europa League proper, domestic cups (top-flight sides) and Premier League clubs in the Conference League. Past seasons are kept as match data pages and season records, without written reviews.

How it's made

About two hours after the final whistle, once the match data is settled, we collect it. FN Score, FN xPts and the "compared with usual" analysis use published formulas; the review is written by AI from that data. Each review is automatically checked (score and number cross-checks, banned terms, structure) and approved by the editor before it goes live.

AI disclosure and corrections

Match reviews are written by AI and never invent incidents, injuries, quotes or transfer talk that are not in the data. If you spot an error, please let us know — we fix it, and any change to how our metrics are calculated is recorded in the changelog.
