Privacy policy
Effective: 3 October 2026
Fulltime Note ("the site") can be used without an account or sign-in, and we never ask you for personal details such as your name or contact information. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site, and where.
1. Who runs the site
The site is run by an individual. Privacy questions and requests: contact@fulltimenote.com
2. Hosting and access logs
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. When you open a page, connection data such as your IP address, browser details and the requested URL may be processed on Cloudflare servers for security, troubleshooting and delivery, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not currently use any separate visitor analytics tool; if we add one, we will say so here first.
3. Data stored in your browser
Your language choice and followed teams are kept only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. Clearing site data in your browser removes them. The site itself sets no cookies.
4. Advertising
The site may show third-party ads, such as Google AdSense, in future. If it does, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before advertising cookies are used. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the request. Ask us and we will delete them.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you (such as your emails), or to restrict its use, by writing to the address above. If you are in the EEA or the UK you have rights under the GDPR and may complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
